Cassia's Peanut Dressing - WITH Measurements

In August I told you if I ever made Cassia's peanut dressing again that I'd write down the ingredient quantities. If you're more on the adventurous side, or already know how you like your peanut dressing, a list of ingredients without quantities might be useful for you. If you're like me, you prefer a list of suggested quantities and are open to adjusting after you taste what the author of the recipe intended.

So here it is, the exact recipe for Cassia's Peanut Dressing, so you can, once and for all, taste the dressing that I love SO MUCH.

Cassia's Peanut Dressing

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 T EVOO
  • 4 T honey
  • 4 T rice vinegar
  • 3 T sesame oil
  • 3 T ground fresh ginger
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T minced/chopped fresh garlic
  • 2 T siracha
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
Combine in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk. Add water if you want to thin it out. Best part about these quantities? When combined, they fit perfectly in a standard, 16 oz mason jar. Voilà.

Peanut Dressing makes kale taste less-bad.
